I was upgraded to a brand-new double room. It was in a stunning location with Art Deco Historic District nearby.

Nice classic South Beach hotel, excellent location. Rooms reasonably comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good location-price-quality relation.
Many noisy spring breakers!

I arrived early after a cruise and was able to drop off my bags at the front. The staff provided towels so I could enjoy the beach while waiting. The room was clean with a nice view. I had an older-style room with some quirks, like squeaky floors. The biggest challenge was noise. The windows didn't block out sound well, and I was woken up several times. It was a good experience, but I struggled with the noise.

I must say for a hotel that is ocean side I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, they are spotless and this is super important to me.
I think they need to change the carpets and the curtains, my friend and I both developed terrible allergies during our stay...

The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The location of the hotel was magnificent - within walking distance of Twist.

Quality of the restaurant, location, price compared with the overall cost of life, breakfast timeframe.
carpet dirty and not regularely well cleaned, considering the sand that you carry on from the beach, bar closed during the day

Our rom had a major ceiling leak and the room smelled as a result. We got a room change but they charged us for the upgrade which was not agreed nor even brought up, upon checkout the front desk charged us still, they said they would rectify the situation when calling after we left, but meanwhile the credit card was charged with not just the upgrade price but 6x.

Well-run and stylish place, I liked to be here.
Booked double room, that was provided with front view and family beds plus trash to be emptied. The location was magnificent and amazing, not too far away from Art Deco Historic District. Minute drive from a port, chemist's and boutiques were not far as well.

Best stay ever!
The location's fab, right by the beach, and the view from our room was just perfect. Our server Aimee was awesome, and the key lime pie was seriously the best we've ever had! Only thing was the pool could be a bit crowded at times, but who cares when the beach is across the street?

That it was right on Ocean Drive, close to all the major hot spots and directly across the street from the beach. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, but should expand more in choices especially meats. (Not everyone eats ham & salami), but overall the breakfast was one of the highlights of the hotel.
One, the room was poor, upon arrival we found an opened bottle of water in our complimentary package, stains on the sheets and pillows, electric outlet was loose with wires. Front desk staff during afternoon/evening was quite rude. Maids don't listen when you tell them not to clean your room, they completely ignore the do not disturb sign.
